In most cases I will personally meet with you before you have even booked so we both have the chance to sit down and discuss all the aspects of your function. I will ask you questions about your upcoming event, maybe give you suggestions or idea's if you are stuck on something about your event. And most importantly get to know one another to assess for both yourself and me whether we are the right solution for your event.
Remember at this stage you are under no obligation to book with us.
If all goes well in our meeting and both party's are comfortable & happy then we can go ahead and book your function for you.
Also keep in mind that we may meet with you 1 or 2 more times before your event to discuss certain aspects of your function and we are always contact able by phone or email if you have any further questions.
